Age Verification: gembet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited.
The gembet Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the gembet Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. gembet makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
The following persons are not eligible to register for or use the gembet Platform:
To use the real-money features of the gembet Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
Each individual may hold only one gembet account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. gembet uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, gembet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gembet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. gembet will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your gembet account will be deemed to have been carried out by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify gembet support immediately.
gembet is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method — at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
gembet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. gembet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Deposits are generally credited to your gembet account balance instantly or within a few minutes. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact gembet support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. gembet aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any pending KYC verification requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one hour of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one to three business days.
gembet reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
All transactions on the gembet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). gembet is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. gembet reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. You will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after an extended period of inactivity.
gembet offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion on the gembet Platform and form part of these Terms.
Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements; contribution rates are listed in the relevant promotion details.
gembet takes bonus integrity seriously. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:
gembet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, gembet will honour any bonus funds already credited, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
Each game available on the gembet Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or the crediting of winnings, gembet reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amounts to the players' accounts. gembet's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the original wager.
gembet is not responsible for losses arising from internet disconnections, device failures, or other connectivity issues on the player's side. If a disconnection occurs during a live game round, the game will typically resume from the point of disconnection when connectivity is restored. Where this is not possible, the bet will be settled according to the game's disconnection policy.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the gembet Platform. These limits are displayed within each game and may vary by game type, table, and player account status. gembet reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gembet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
Anti-Money Laundering: gembet is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All suspicious transactions are reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules. Players who use the Platform for money laundering will have their accounts permanently closed and funds reported and frozen.

gembet reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if gembet reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In the event of suspension, gembet will investigate the matter and notify you of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your gembet account at any time by contacting gembet support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Upon account closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their normal terms. Bonus balances and free spins that have not been used or have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited. gembet will retain your account data for the period required by applicable law.
All content on the gembet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of gembet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the gembet Platform without the prior written consent of gembet. The gembet name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of gembet. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gembet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
gembet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gembet account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
gembet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gembet makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gembet's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
gembet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the gembet Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the gembet Privacy Policy.
gembet implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and gembet cannot guarantee absolute security.
gembet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, gembet will provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending an email to your registered address. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the Platform.
Your continued use of the gembet Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 9.2.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the gembet Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or account decisions, gembet operates an internal complaints procedure. To raise a complaint, please contact gembet support with full details of your complaint. gembet will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 14 business days.
